I am a director currently putting together a production team to apply for the second round of the JMK Award, a trust which provides an emerging director and a team of artists with funding and space to mount a full production at the BAC in London.  I am seeking a London-based dramaturg with a strong connection to contemporary East African culture and politics (as well as a working knowledge of Genet’s work and its original context).  Pre-production meetings would run through May and early June, and rehearsals would span 4 weeks in June/July.  This is a paid position.  To apply, please send a CV and covering letter stating your interest in this project to .(JavaScript must be enabled to view this email address) .
