Choreography for Children

dramaturges wanted

for a six week project
to create a short work with graduating students for 8 – 11 year olds

This initiative provides emerging dramaturges with the chance to work alongside an experienced, professional choreographer, designer, lighting designer and composer to create a high quality work for young audiences supported by established producers.

Informal performances of a double bill of the new work will take place at the
Robin Howard Dance Theatre and the Lilian Baylis Studio, Sadler’s Wells.

Closing date for applications 30 June 2010
Short listed candidates contacted by 5 July 2010
Interviews will take place 8 July 2010
Rehearsal period 17 Jan to 18 Feb 2011
Performances 21 to 25 Feb 2011
